Thank you for joining us today at this historical occasion for us at the new BMW 4S Dealership at Tan Siang Premium Auto Butterworth, Penang.

This is a very proud moment for us at BMW as it is the culmination of an ongoing effort to further develop our premium automotive capabilities.

Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth is our second BMW 4S dealership after Ipoh which was open in year 2007.

As an automotive entity, we aim to deliver total satisfaction and a premium experience to our customers even before they step into our showroom, courtesy of our team of highly skilled professionals who will be able to provide premium services to customers which are the equal to any BMW 4S facility anywhere in the world.

As a business, we at Tian Siang Premium Auto are driven by the determination to provide premium quality facilities, excellent customer relationship experiences, and innovative methods of engagement here at our BMW dealership.

Today’s ceremony is indeed momentous as we reach yet another milestone in the Tian Siang Group’s proud history in the automotive business.

With the new Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S Facility here in Butterworth, customers will be able to look forward to 23,000 square feet worth of premium space, facilities and technologies.

The facility is capable of displaying up to 8 cars and features the latest BMW Group identity for its dealerships with the latest furniture, lighting, Equipment and display space.

In addition, with the BMW Groups ongoing leadership in the premium segment through its innovations in driver assist systems, mobile connectivity and sustainability, brought to life by their revolutionary BMW EfficientDynamics and BMW ConnectedDrive strategies, we are confident that Tian Siang Premium Auto will continue to grow from one strength to another here in Penang and throughout the Northern parts of Peninsular Malaysia.
