BMW Group Malaysia welcomes New Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S Dealership in Butterworth, Penang.

Penang, 30th Nov 2012 – BMW Group Malaysia today introduced Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth, the second BMW 4S (Sales, Service, Spare parts and Systems) dealership in the state of Penang. Situated strategically within the Northern Corridor, the new Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S facility is set to provide the BMW Group’s trademark depth of product choice and services to customers in Penang and throughout peninsular Malaysia’s Northern Corridor.

Welcoming Tian Siang Premium Auto to BMW Group Malaysia’s network of dealerships, Dr. Gerhard Pils, Chief Executive Officer of BMW Group Malaysia said, “We are pleased to be able to serve our customers in Butterworth and the surrounding areas of the Northern Corridor with our partner, Tian Siang Premium Auto. Dr. Pils added that the introduction of the new Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S dealership to BMW Malaysia’s network of dealerships also adds another proof point to BMW’s performance in the country. As of October 2012 BMW Group Malaysia sold a total of 5,611 vehicles from the BMW, MINI and Motorrad ranges in comparison to 4,658 vehicles in the same period of the year before, an increase of 20.5%.

Occupying a total built up space of 23,000 square feet, the newly introduced Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S dealership is the first BMW dealership in the country to feature the latest standards and specifications set for the BMW Group’s dealerships of the future. The facility has the capacity of displaying up to eight vehicles with eight service bays that offer comprehensive service and repair as well as houses a customer lounge with BMW’s latest trademarked Isetta Bar, sales discussion rooms and meeting rooms.
